Step 1
- Apply a thin coat of Step 1 Bond. Allow it to dry completely.
Step 2
- Apply a thin coat of Step 2 Base to the entire nail and immediately dip fingernail into Base & Finish Powder.
PRO TIP: Avoid getting the product onto cuticles, powder will pick up wherever Base is applied.
Step 3
- Tap finger to remove loose powder and use a pointed tool, like a toothpick or a jelly pusher, to clean up the cuticle line. Then use a fluffy brush to sweep off excess powder from the nail surface.
Step 4
- Apply a thin coat of Step 2 Base to the corner of the nail to create a slant, then dip the nail into color of choice. Here we used CL03.

Step 5
- Tap finger to remove loose powder, then use a fluffy brush to sweep off any excess. Repeat application for more coverage.
Step 6
- Use a file and buff the edge of the slant to create a smooth, straight line.
Step 7
- Apply Step 2 Base to the top half, where color hasn’t been applied, and immediately dip the nail into color powder of choice. This is CL01.
Step 8
- Tap finger to remove loose powder and use a fluffy brush to sweep off any excess. Repeat application for more coverage.
Step 9
- Using a file to buff the edge of the new addition to create a smooth, straight line.
Step 10
- Apply Step 2 Base to the remainder of the nail and immediately dip the nail into color powder of choice. We used GL36.
PRO TIP: Brushes may harden or pick up color powder during application. Simply switch them between Brush Softener for easy cleaning & workability.
Step 11
- Tap finger to remove loose powder and use a fluffy brush to sweep off any excess. Repeat application for more coverage.
Step 12
- File and buff to achieve the desired nail shape & smoothness.
Step 13
- Wash hands or use a lint-free wipe saturated in alcohol to wipe the nails clean from filing debris.
Step 14
- Apply a thin coat of Step 4 Sealer and allow nails to dry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 15
- Apply a second coat of Step 3 Activator and allow nails to dry for a full 5 minutes.
PRO TIP: If you live in a humid climate, you may need to increase your dry time.
Step 16
- Using a lint-free wipe, clean nails to remove any excess activator that may still be on the nail surface.
PRO TIP: Make sure nails are completely dry before moving to the next step!
Step 17
- Apply a coat of Step 4 Sealer in thin, quick strokes and allow 2-3 minutes for nails to dry.
Step 18
- Apply a final coat of Step 4 Sealer to the entire nail, including the free edge. Allow nails to dry thoroughly for 3-5 minutes.
PRO TIP: Don't apply more than 2 consecutive coats of Sealer as this will prevent even drying & may result in a gummy mani.
