Order & Shipping Information

I forgot to add an item to my order. Can my order be edited?

Hey, it happens! Please note that our order processing system receives order information the same as entered by the customer. If you wish to edit your order, notify us via email within one hour of placing your order.

To easily identify your order request, email with the following subject line: Edit Order # [insert your order number here]. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust your order details after 1 hour of placing your order.

When will my order ship?

Our processing time has slowed due to new practices in place to ensure the safety of our fulfillment team. Once your order is placed, your order will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays). One of our carriers will handle it from there and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. When you receive your tracking number via email, please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking status. Shipments usually take 3-5 business days to deliver once they are shipped. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.

DipWell is not be responsible for undelivered shipments due to incorrect address inputted at the time of order. Please be sure to check all information before submitting order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

DipWell products are formulated, manufactured, and shipped directly from our facility in Orange County, CA.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping is determined by USPS or UPS flat rates, whichever is most cost-friendly when shipping to your area.

Also, enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders of $35 USD or more (pre-tax & shipping)!

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time, but hope to in the future!

I’m having trouble with my tracking information. What do I do?

We’re sorry about that! Once you receive your tracking confirmation email, please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking status.

If you did not receive a tracking confirmation email, please send a detailed email to and a friendly team member will happily assist! Be sure to include your order number and the full name that was used to place the order!
