How do I achieve shiny nails?
Be sure to follow steps 11-16 carefully.
- Once Activator is applied generously in Step 11, wait 3-5 minutes for the blend of powder to completely harden on the nails.
- Using a 180 grit buffer, buff nails to a desired thickness.
- Finish off smoothing the nail surface with a 240 grit buffer.
- Wash hands & nails thoroughly.
- Use a lint-free cloth to wipe every crevice of the nails with alcohol.
- Apply a second coat of Activator (generously). Allow 3-5 minutes for nails to dry.
- Apply a coat of Sealer in quick, thin strokes. Allow three minutes for nails to dry.

DipWell Powders: Best when used within 24 months of purchase. Store in a cool and dry area. Keep out of direct sunlight for maximum lifespan.

What is your return & exchange policy?
All returns & exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Order number must be provided to place a return or exchange.
Refunds will be returned to your original form of payment. Please note original shipping charges will not be refunded and a $15 restocking fee may apply. Email us at hello@dipwell.co and we'll help you place the return.
Exchanges will be processed once your color powders have been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
