What type of products does DipWell offer?

We offer an assortment of dipping nail products and kits for both salon professionals and nail enthusiasts. Visit our product pages to find out more!

Where are DipWell products made?

All our products are made with love in Orange County, California.

How do I achieve shiny nails?

Be sure to follow steps 11-16 carefully.

  • Once Activator is applied generously in Step 11, wait 3-5 minutes for the blend of powder to completely harden on the nails.
  • Using a 180 grit buffer, buff nails to a desired thickness.
  • Finish off smoothing the nail surface with a 240 grit buffer.
  • Wash hands & nails thoroughly.
  • Use a lint-free cloth to wipe every crevice of the nails with alcohol.
  • Apply a second coat of Activator (generously). Allow 3-5 minutes for nails to dry.
  • Apply a coat of Sealer in quick, thin strokes. Allow three minutes for nails to dry.
  • Apply a second coat of Sealer. Allow three minutes for nails to dry.

 

How do I prolong the wear of my nails using DipWell products?

The best way to prevent chips and maintain perfectly polished nails is to start with careful preparation. The key is to clean hands, nails, and cuticles thoroughly from dust and oil before application. My Step 2 Base & Step 4 Sealer is sealed shut. What happened?

Step 2 Base and Step 4 Sealer are strong adhesives. During application, please be careful not to get product on the neck and rim of the bottle. This may seal the cap shut, making it difficult to open for future use. After each use, be sure to clean the neck and rim thoroughly with a lint-free cloth soaked with acetone. Be careful not to get acetone within the bottle itself. For best results, store bottles upright, in a cool environment, & away from direct light. DipWell products are extremely heat and light sensitive.

Please note to never soak the bottles in warm water or acetone, nor bang the bottle against a hard surface as an attempt to loosen caps.

 

Do your products have an expiry date? What is the shelf life?

DipWell Powders: Best when used within 24 months of purchase. Store in a cool and dry area. Keep out of direct sunlight for maximum lifespan.
DipWell Liquids: Best when used within 12 months of purchase. Be sure to wipe neck of bottles clean after each use. Store in a cool and dry area, away from direct sunlight.

 

Are your products cruelty free? Do you test on animals?

Never, ever. We love our furry friends! Our products are NEVER tested on animals and always made with ethical practices.

 

What if I am allergic to your products?

Oh no! We are so sorry to hear that! :( Due to sanitary reasons, we have a strict no return, refund, nor exchange policy. If you have allergies or are sensitive to some nail or cosmetic ingredients, please email us hello@dipwell.co to request for a full list of ingredients in which you can review with your general practitioner. We recommend only purchasing one item at a time to test for any type of reaction before purchasing multiple items. We hope this information is helpful!

 

I bought DipWell products from Amazon.com - Can I return/exchange them?

Unfortunately, our Customer Care team is unable to assist with purchases made through Amazon.com. Please reach out to Amazon Customer Service for more information on how you can return or exchange your items.

 

Shipping Information

When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, it is usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. One of our carriers will handle it from there and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. When you receive your tracking number via email, please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking status. Shipments usually take 3-5 business days to deliver once they are shipped. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.

DipWell is not be responsible for undelivered shipments due to incorrect address inputted at the time of order. Please be sure to check all information before submitting order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping is determined by USPS or UPS flat rates, whichever is most cost-friendly when shipping to your area.

Also, enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders of $45 USD or more (pre-tax & shipping)!

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time, but hope to in the future!

I’m having trouble with my tracking information. What do I do?

We’re sorry about that! Once you receive your tracking confirmation email, please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking status.

If you did not receive a tracking confirmation email, please send a detailed email to hello@dipwell.co and a friendly team member will happily assist! Be sure to include your order number and the full name that was used to place the order!

 

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Order # must be provided to place a return.

You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please note original shipping charges will not be refunded and a $15 restocking fee may apply.  Email us at hello@dipwell.co and we'll help you place the return.

For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges on any open products.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you did not love your DipWell product! Please reach out to hello@dipwell.co with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

A $15 restocking fee will be applied for all exchanges.

For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges on any open products.

Who pays for the return shipping cost?

Depending on the return, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label. Simply print out within 24 hours of receiving the email and attach it to the outside of your return package. Please note all return shipping labels expire after 24 hours.

Please note: DipWell offers complimentary standard shipping with orders of $45 and above. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your returned items,  credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Tracking states my order was delivered, but it wasn’t. Where is my order?

If tracking states your order was delivered, please first check with household members, neighbors, building managers, and others in the area to see if they may have received your package. If the address is accurate and you are still unable to locate your order, contact your local post office to see if they might have it. Sometimes orders accidentally get marked as delivered even though they are waiting at the post office or are still in transit. If the carrier is unable to locate your order, contact our support team at hello@dipwell.co and we will happily assist!

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received the wrong product, we’re so sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@dipwell.co with your order number and the name used to place the order and we’ll fix it right away!

What if my product was damaged?

Please contact us at hello@dipwell.co if you received a damaged product. Be sure to provide your order number and the name that was used to place the order and we’ll happily replace the item for you!

 

Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotions are valid while supplies last, one coupon per customer per transaction. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms of offer are subject to change. To prevent fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify this offer or cancel any order. Exclusions apply.
